• An effective review and communication structure is embedded inside and outside our organisation, including a daily review structure (DSUM - DAILY START UP MEETING) reviewing key areas in safety, quality, cost, delivery, people. Special emphasis is placed on supply chain performance and customer deliveries.
• Lean tools- including Kaizen, value stream mapping, practical problem solving, process confirmation, end of shift management , standard ops, accident prevention training
• All staff members have a personal development plan and appraisals. Their PDP and training plans are heavily geared towards them developing their knowledge in key areas such as customer service, Supply chain management and Lean management.
